'Eat Clean' Office challenge| Day 2


Day 2 - branched out to smoothies as well, ingredients pictured below were added free-handedly.

The salad was really nice and fresh with:

  • avocado
  • green pepper strips
  • tomatoes
  • a mozarella ball
  • chopped up dill
  • liberal dashes of olive oil
